Account Director

Shoreditch, London | Hybrid

Simply Social is a growing social-first creative agency, bringing together strategy, creativity and production.

We’re looking for an Account Director to lead key client relationships and help shape the next stage of our London business. Based at our new Shoreditch office and studio, you’ll work closely with our strategy, creative and production teams to turn ambitious briefs into work that delivers.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, building trusted relationships with senior clients and ensuring the team delivers strong work, clear communication and commercial results. You’ll understand your clients’ brands, challenge briefs constructively and spot opportunities to grow our partnerships.

This is a hands on leadership role for someone who cares equally about the quality of the work, the people delivering it and the health of the account.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
