About Us

Let's Fearlessly Grow (LFG) is a B2B lead generation and go-to-market agency based in central London, working with high-growth tech scaleups on outbound strategy, email and LinkedIn campaigns, and pipeline generation.

Most lead generation agencies have a bad reputation, and they've earned it. Generic lists, copy-paste templates, "hope this finds you well." We're the antidote. We think like a strategy consultancy and execute like the best revenue teams around.

We work with businesses on an exceptional growth trajectory, Retool, Carwow, and BSO among them, well-funded, high-growth tech scaleups who need a partner who can keep pace with them. These are companies raising rounds, entering new markets, hitting inflection points, and we're in the room with them as it happens.

We support them two ways: Done For You, running the full outbound engine and delivering qualified meetings directly, and Done With You, upskilling their internal teams to run it themselves. Both start from the same place: proprietary intent signal research, finding the exact moment a prospect actually has the problem we solve, before a single message goes out.

We're small on purpose. No layers, no politics, no committee deciding what you're allowed to own.

The Opportunity

We're hiring an Account Director to work directly alongside our founder on new business, and to grow into owning a portfolio of client relationships in full. It's a senior, client-facing role that puts you in the room with founders and commercial leaders at some of the most exciting, well-funded tech scaleups around, right when they're figuring out how to scale. You'll get to see what's actually working for high-growth companies right now, across several fast-moving businesses at once, which is a rare vantage point this early in a career.

  • You'll be in the room for pitches from day one.
  • As new clients sign, accounts get assigned to whoever's the best fit, you or our Head of Operations, so you'll build up your own book of clients over time rather than a fixed portfolio handed to you upfront.
  • You'll start by taking on LFG's own outbound as your first account, learning our strategy and process from the inside.
  • From there, you'll work closely with Isabella, our founder, on discovery calls and proposals for prospects including high-growth, well-funded startups.
  • As deals close, accounts get assigned based on best fit.
  • You'll join Isabella and Sofia, our Head of Operations, in regular strategy sessions to set direction across all client accounts, but day to day, the accounts assigned to you are yours to run.
  • Copy and data work goes to the GTM Engineer and copywriter once strategy is set, so your time stays on the client: the strategy, the relationship, and making sure what we've promised actually gets delivered.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You'll Own

  • Your own client accounts: LFG's own outbound from day one, plus new accounts assigned to you as new business closes
  • The client-facing side of delivery: strategy, account direction, and holding the team accountable for the results promised, while copy and data work is delegated to the GTM Engineer and copywriter once direction is set
  • A seat in regular strategy discussions with Isabella and Sofia, setting direction across all client accounts and helping prioritise what the wider team works on
  • The strategic quality of everything your accounts' clients see, from the first pitch through to ongoing reporting
  • Bringing your own ideas to the table: testing new outbound strategies and approaches as the landscape shifts, not just running the existing playbook

How This Role Grows

  • Month one: LFG itself is your account, so you learn how we actually work before representing us to anyone else
  • Next: you're in the room for new business pitches alongside the founder, and new accounts get assigned to you or our Head of Operations based on fit as they close
  • As the client base grows, we bring in more copywriting and GTM support so execution keeps pace with new accounts
  • Long term: a peer to leaders in our business setting strategy across the business, each owning your own accounts

What The Ideal Candidate Looks Like

We care more about what you can do than how many years it took you to learn it. In practice, that usually looks like:

  • You've owned or co-owned real client relationships before, comfortable being the person a client deals with directly
  • You know how to direct outbound execution, comfortable with email and LinkedIn sending tools at scale, whether that's Smartlead and HeyReach specifically or similar platforms
  • You can walk into a pitch and be confident in the room
  • Excellent written and spoken English, we'll test this
  • Extreme attention to detail, nothing goes out under your name without being right
  • AI native: you use Claude / similar day to day, you've tried Cowork, and you'd rather build an automation than repeat a manual task, with real budget and support from us to go deeper
  • Low-maintenance and high-ownership, you bring solutions rather than questions
  • An avid learner: this industry moves fast, what works changes often, and we want someone who actively tests new strategies and comes to us with their own ideas rather than sticking to what's always been done
  • Energised by being part of a small, high agency team, where you're not one of a hundred account managers, you're one of three people shaping the whole client strategy, with the ownership, learning curve, and exposure that comes with that
