Account Director - Contagious, Edinburgh
Department: Client Services
Reporting to: Client Services Director
Based in: Edinburgh studio-based (3 days per week in the office)
Contagious is an award-winning creative agency with studios in Edinburgh and Glasgow, specialising in brand strategy, brand homes, distillery experiences, and packaging design for the global drinks industry.

We're looking for an Account Director who can build exceptional client relationships and drive brilliant creative work through the studio. This is a role for someone who's as good with people as they are with projects, and who cares about both in equal measure.
What you'll be doing
- Take ownership of key client accounts, building trusted, long-term partnerships while ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and on budget across the studio.
- Working closely with our Client Services Director, lead client meetings and presentations with confidence, identify opportunities to grow relationships, and act as a vital connector between our clients and our creative teams.
- Mentor and develop junior members of the client services team.

What we're looking for
- Someone with a natural flair for relationships and a sharp commercial mind to match.
- Proactive, calm under pressure, and genuinely curious about your clients' businesses.
- Equally at home in strategic conversations as you are in the details of day-to-day account management.
- Lead with an entrepreneurial spirit and a can-do attitude, and care deeply about the quality of the work we put out.
