Notes:

Permanent role

Compensation: (Will be provided)

Location: Role can be remote but customer visits critical and being around the London area will be preferable, along M4 preferred.

Start date: ASAP

Reports into: the Sector Lead for MoD

Experience working within or selling into RAF / Navy type customers

MoD framework knowledge from a sales perspective

Industry knowledge important - not just knowing how to sell into MoD customers, but you will also interact with senior figures within partners hence wider industry knowledge required.


The Account Director will drive growth in a Central Government portfolio and shape the future of public service delivery. You will shape and close complex, high value deals by positioning tailored outcome based solutions to Central Government customers.

  • Planning & Prospecting: Create and execute effective plans to build and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline.
  • Consistently achieve set targets: by driving strategic sales initiatives and managing a high value and complex deals with Central Government customers
  • Influencing & Negotiating: Build trust, inspire change and negotiate value-driven outcomes
  • Stakeholder Relationship Building & Management: Build trust, credibility and alignment with key decision-makers and influencers.

  • Momentum & Deal Velocity: Build momentum to accelerate deal cycles and maintain prospect engagement
