Build Your Own Success. We'll Help You Scale It.

We're after a hunter: someone with a book of business already in hand, the hunger to go and get more, and the instinct to navigate any industry and walk out with the deal. If you know how to win business, not just manage it, keep reading.

Whether your background is MSP, Microsoft solutions, cloud, software licensing, cybersecurity, infrastructure, hardware, or IT services, if you can build relationships, create opportunities out of nothing, and generate real revenue, we want to speak with you.

This isn't a role where you're building from scratch. Bring your network and your drive, and alongside your own business development activity you'll have an AI-powered lead generation platform, ongoing marketing campaigns, technical architects, Microsoft specialists, and delivery teams behind you, so you can focus on what you do best: selling and closing.

Why Join Us?

  • 40% commission on Gross Profit, with no cap, no complicated plans, and no hidden thresholds. A transparent earnings model where what you win is what you're paid: commission lands once the customer pays. Salary is negotiable, based on your experience, track record, and the relationships you bring through the door.
  • You're not hunting alone either. You'll get prospecting, warm opportunities from live marketing activity, technical architects and Microsoft consultants on tap, and full proposal, pre-sales, and delivery support.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
