Account Director (FTC 9–12 Months) | Digitas | Client Services

We are hiring an Account Director to join Digitas on a 9–12 month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a client-focused leader who thrives in complex digital environments and enjoys building trusted partnerships that deliver meaningful results.

Working with a major organisation in the telecommunications sector, you'll help shape and deliver large-scale digital and platform experiences, acting as the bridge between clients and multidisciplinary teams across strategy, experience design, technology, data, and delivery. This role is perfect for someone who loves being close to clients, brings energy and momentum to programmes of work, and can quickly build confidence across a wide range of stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor across digital, platform, and website initiatives.
  • Drive strategic account growth by identifying opportunities to deepen partnerships and create additional value for clients.
  • Navigate complex organisational structures, aligning multiple stakeholder groups around shared objectives and outcomes.
  • Partner closely with strategy, experience, technology, delivery, and creative teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Build trust quickly with client teams through strong communication, transparency, and consistent delivery excellence.
  • Facilitate key client workshops, programme discussions, and governance forums, ensuring clear decision-making and momentum.
  • Champion the client internally, ensuring teams remain focused on delivering impactful, user-centred digital experiences.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
