Account Director - IT Solutions
Package:
- £40,000-£60,000 basic salary
- 22-28% uncapped commission
- £200k+ OTE
Location:
- Central London
- 4 days in the office, 1 day from home
Clover Talent are working with a growing IT Reseller to find an experienced Account Director to drive new business and build long-term client relationships across a broad range of technology solutions.
The business has ambitious growth plans and offers solutions across cloud, cyber security, infrastructure, networking, modern workplace, and managed services.
The role:
- Win new business and bring new clients on board
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Build and develop long-term client relationships
- Grow accounts across multiple technology areas
- Sell consultatively to senior IT decision-makers
- Build and manage your own pipeline
- Develop account plans and identify opportunities to grow existing clients
- Work closely with presales, technical, marketing, and vendor teams
- Sell solutions across cloud, cyber security, infrastructure, and managed services
- Forecast accurately and deliver against revenue and GP targets

What we're looking for:
- 3+ years' experience within an IT Reseller, VAR, or similar environment
- Proven track record of winning new business
- Strong billings and GP performance
- Experience selling into organisations with 250+ users
- Experience selling across multiple technology solutions
- Confident dealing with senior stakeholders
- Commercially minded with a strong work ethic
- Driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-led environment
