We are hiring an Account Director to join the growing team at Leo Burnett London. This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in delivering impactful, world-class integrated campaigns for some of the most recognised brands and businesses.
Working across UK and potentially global projects, you'll partner closely with strategy, creative and production teams to deliver exceptional work while building strong, trusted client relationships. You'll also help shape and develop the next generation of talent, leading and supporting account management team members as they grow.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading the successful delivery of large-scale integrated campaigns from brief through to launch and beyond
- Building strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and acting as a strategic partner
- Driving collaboration across creative, strategy, production and specialist teams to deliver outstanding work
- Providing clear direction and guidance to Account Executives and Account Managers, supporting their development and growth
- Identifying opportunities to expand client relationships and contribute to ongoing business growth
- Managing campaign budgets, timings and commercial performance to ensure successful delivery
- Championing creative excellence and helping teams produce work that delivers meaningful impact for clients

Skills we're looking for:
- Experience in an integrated creative agency environment at Account Director level, or as a Senior Account Manager ready to take the next step
- A strong track record of leading complex, multi-channel campaigns from planning through execution
- Excellent client relationship management skills, with confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing budgets, forecasts and project delivery
- The ability to lead, motivate and develop team members while fostering a collaborative culture
- Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively
- A genuine passion for creativity, integrated communications and delivering exceptional client outcomes
