Agency Account Director – OOH/DOOH
Remote | London agency meetings 2–3 days per week | Excellent commission
We’re looking for an experienced Agency Account Director to join a growing independent OOH media owner with an expanding portfolio of premium digital and classic sites across the UK.
This is a remote-based role, so there is no requirement to be in an office. However, this is very much a relationship-led sales position and you’ll be expected to be in London around 2–3 days a week meeting agencies, OOH specialists, and clients.
The role:
- Manage and grow your own agency patch
- Build relationships with planners, buyers, and investment teams
- Generate briefs and grow revenue across existing and new accounts
- Present Digital, Classic, and Programmatic OOH opportunities
- Respond to briefs and develop commercially strong proposals
- Identify new opportunities across agency client portfolios
- Own your pipeline, forecasting, and revenue targets
- Be visible in the market – meeting agencies, attending events, and building relationships

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
