The Role
As our Account Director, you'll take ownership of the agency's largest, multi-service accounts, co-ordinating marketing activity across PR, Social Media & Digital Marketing. This is a senior Client Services role: you'll lead commercial negotiations on these relationships and manage and develop junior members of the Client Services team.
You'll report into the Head of Client Services and work with them directly on process development and best practice across the wider team, alongside working closely with creative, press and social to make sure delivery across your accounts is seamless.
This role suits someone who combines strong commercial instincts with genuine client relationship skills, someone who takes ownership of outcomes and is ready to help lead and grow the Client Services team around them.

Key Responsibilities
- Set Integrated Strategy: Develop and deliver integrated marketing strategies spanning PR, social, digital, content and creative for your accounts.
- Own Senior Client Relationships: Act as the primary senior point of contact for top-tier clients, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic guidance.
- Manage and Develop the Team: Manage, mentor and develop junior members of the Client Services team, ensuring KPIs and personal development goals are met.
- Drive Commercial Performance: Drive growth and profitability across the agency's top accounts.
- Shape CS Process: Partner with the Head of Client Services on process development, tools and best practice across the Client Services team.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep on top of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation for clients.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with creative, press and social teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Champion Inclusive Culture: Foster a diverse and inclusive culture within the agency.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager or Account Director within an integrated marketing agency or within a multi-site hospitality group
- A track record of managing large, multiservice accounts and complex client relationships
- Experience leading commercial contract negotiations, extensions and renewals
- Proven people management experience, comfortable leading, mentoring and developing junior team members
- A track record of delivering fully integrated campaigns that achieve measurable results
- Strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset
- Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills
- A genuine interest in hospitality and an understanding of the sector's nuances
- Flexibility to work remotely and travel for client meetings and agency collaboration
