We’re looking for an Account Director to join our high performing team. What you’ll be doing

You’ll lead the strategic direction, performance, and growth of a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring exceptional delivery across every touchpoint. You’ll act as a senior partner to clients, developing strong relationships, identifying opportunities for innovation or expansion, and ensuring that our work consistently aligns with commercial, strategic, and performance objectives. You’ll take responsibility for developing your team through coaching, giving them opportunities to grow, and providing the feedback along the way.

  • Leading Client Management – Oversee the full spectrum of client service delivery, ensuring excellence across account strategy, communication, performance, and project management.
  • Driving Media Planning Strategy – Shape the strategic approach behind multi-channel paid media, ensuring campaigns are innovative, high-performing, and aligned with client goals.
  • Developing & Leading Teams – Provide formal HR line management to your team, including performance management, coaching, development planning, and ongoing mentorship.
  • Growth - Drives new business development within existing and prospective accounts.

Your skills

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be someone who sets high standards for themselves, honours their commitments, and enjoys building genuine connections with people.

You’ll also have:

  • Account Director level experience in managing client accounts within a marketing or media environment, shaping strategy, and delivering commercial success
  • Excellent team management and leadership skills with a passion for developing others
  • Advanced media marketing expertise with strong understanding of full-funnel strategy
  • Confident platform knowledge across Programmatic, Paid Social, and Paid Search
  • Experience of retail and fashion is an advantage but not essential
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to oversee multiple workstreams simultaneously
