Account Director

We're hiring an Account Director to lead PR for some of hospitality's most exciting brands.

MeMo is an integrated hospitality marketing agency handling social, content, Press & Influencer and digital all under one roof, working with names like Pizza Pilgrims, The Dusty Knuckle, Roti King, Ole & Steen, Bancone and The Pig Hotels.

This is a senior role for a PR operator who already has the contacts, the instincts and the track record. You'll lead a portfolio of accounts, turn brand stories into standout coverage and moments, and be a trusted senior voice for clients and the wider team. We're an agency that backs bold ideas, moves fast, and cares about our craft.

We're looking for who can combine sharp media instinct & relationships with the creativity to build activations people actually talk about. This role reports to our Head of PR.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
