We are seeking an ambitious Account Director to join our Primary and Community Health team at OneAdvanced. You will be responsible for defining and delivering the commercial growth strategy across a defined region, developing executive relationships with senior NHS leaders, and positioning OneAdvanced as a trusted transformation partner across the Community Health market.

What You Will Do

  • Develop a deep understanding of regional priorities, customer strategies, and the evolving NHS landscape, using this insight to shape regional growth plans, influence customer strategy, and identify opportunities across both existing customers and new organizations.
  • Work at an executive level to align OneAdvanced's capabilities with customer priorities, creating long-term partnerships that deliver measurable outcomes for both customers and the business.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Product, Marketing, Professional Services, and Support to provide strategic commercial leadership across your region, ensuring customer engagement, commercial activity, and investment are aligned to regional priorities and long-term growth objectives.

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to build executive relationships, secure new business, expand strategic customer partnerships, and deliver sustainable regional growth across the OneAdvanced portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain executive relationships with senior NHS leaders, strategic partners, and key decision-makers across the Primary and Community Health market.
  • Develop a deep understanding of regional priorities, NHS policy, customer strategies, and market dynamics, translating these into strategic commercial opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver regional growth strategies, defining clear priorities, objectives, and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead strategic account planning for key customers, working with Account Managers and customer support teams to align commercial activity with agreed customer objectives.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities, while driving strategic expansion across existing customer organizations.
  • Lead complex commercial opportunities involving multiple stakeholders, long sales cycles, and significant commercial value.
  • Position OneAdvanced as a strategic transformation partner through executive engagement, thought leadership, and outcome-focused conversations.
  • Maintain executive sponsorship across strategic customer accounts, ensuring long-term partnership development and commercial alignment.
  • Maintain a strong regional pipeline, providing accurate forecasting and proactively managing commercial opportunities and risks.
  • Represent OneAdvanced at industry events, customer forums, and executive meetings, strengthening our reputation across the Primary and Community Health market.
  • Bring customer insight, market intelligence, and emerging NHS priorities into the business to inform product strategy, proposition development, and commercial planning.

What You Will Have

  • Please note, applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK at the time of application.
  • A proven track record of delivering strategic commercial growth through executive account management, customer expansion, and new business acquisition.
  • Experience selling healthcare technology or software within Primary Care, Community Health, or the wider NHS.
  • A strong understanding of the UK healthcare landscape, including NHS structures, commissioning, neighborhood health, integrated care, and regional decision-making.
  • Demonstrable experience building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, senior decision-makers, and complex multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Experience developing and delivering regional or strategic account growth plans aligned to commercial objectives.
  • Experience leading complex commercial opportunities involving long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and significant contract values.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including strategic pipeline management, forecasting, negotiation, and business planning.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the credibility to engage confidently at executive level.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret customer, market, and commercial data and translate insight into strategic action.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative approach, with the ability to lead cross-functional activity and influence without direct authority.
  • A passion for building long-term strategic partnerships that deliver measurable value for customers and OneAdvanced.
