Your Career
This role offers the opportunity to operate at a strategic, enterprise level, working directly with some of the most influential Public Sector organisations in the UK. As an Account Director, you’ll be at the forefront of MHR’s growth strategy, driving large-scale transformation, delivering high-value deals, and influencing board-level conversations.

This role will be covering an Enterprise Account base, across London.
Your Team
As a senior member of the Account Management team, you’ll work cross-functionally with our Customer Success, Product, Consultancy, and Technical teams to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions. By building joint value roadmaps and influencing strategic conversations at the C-level, you’ll help position MHR as a long-term, trusted partner. You’ll also play a key role in shaping the wider team’s approach to delivering excellence across our public sector accounts.
Your Impact
Your leadership and expertise will directly influence the success of our most critical Public Sector customers. Through strategic engagement, value-based selling, and regular in-person collaboration, you’ll ensure that MHR’s technology helps our clients meet their organisational goals. Your ability to build influence and deliver outcomes will strengthen client partnerships, increase revenue, and elevate MHR’s market presence across the sector.
Key Skills
- Proven experience in selling to C-level stakeholders with strong executive presence.
- A track record of exceeding sales and customer success targets.
- Expertise in multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, closing large 6-figure deals.
- Skilled in account planning, pipeline generation, and contract management.
- Strong background in value-based selling using ROI and TCO models.
- Exceptional discovery, planning, and closing capabilities.
- Comfortable navigating complex objections and removing barriers to close.
- Proven experience in selling enterprise cloud solutions, ideally in HR, Payroll, and/or Finance.
- Empathetic and skilled at building relationships at all levels of an organisation.
- A collaborative team player with a focus on team-selling success.
- Technologically aware—knowledgeable in cloud platforms, integrations, and analytics.
