Job Title: Account Director – Internal Comms & Live Events
Location: Warwickshire (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

The Role
On behalf of our client—a leading live events and communications agency in Warwickshire—we are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead high-profile internal communications campaigns and live event experiences.
This is a senior, client-facing role for an agency leader who knows how to translate corporate strategy into multi-channel employee engagement. You will partner with C-suite stakeholders to shape comms strategy, craft narrative arcs, and oversee the end-to-end execution of live events, digital content, and engagement campaigns.

- Strategic Advisory: Partner with Board and Internal Comms leaders to shape messaging, change management narratives, and campaign rollouts.
- Integrated Campaigns: Lead teams in delivering multi-channel campaigns, combining video, digital assets, motion graphics, and live/hybrid events.
- Event Oversight: Take ultimate accountability for large-scale, high-budget event delivery, aligning production, logistics, and content with client goals.
- Commercial Leadership: Manage account profitability, forecasting, and organic growth, while leading new business pitches.
- Team Management: Line manage and coach Senior Account Managers and Project Managers.
What You’ll Need
- Agency Background: 6–7+ years in a live event or communications agency (essential).
- Internal Comms Expertise: Proven experience working with corporate IC/HR teams on employee engagement and message rollouts.
- Executive Presence: Confidence facilitating workshops and pitching narrative-led strategies to C-suite clients.
- Content & Storytelling: Strong grasp of video production, presentation design, and messaging integration.
- Commercial & Logistics: Solid budget control, full UK driving licence, and access to a car.
