About The Role
We're looking for an Account Director to join our growing Commercial team at Inardua. This is a senior, quota-carrying role responsible for driving revenue growth through new logo acquisition and through the retention and expansion of our existing customers, managing opportunities end-to-end from qualification through to closure.
You'll build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders at our customers and across the Salesforce teams we work most closely with, using a strong working knowledge of Salesforce's products and delivery approaches to help customers and their Salesforce AEs translate Salesforce investment into real business value. This is a role for a self-starter who can own, manage and convert opportunities independently within a broad commercial framework, bringing sound judgement and accountability to every stage of the deal.
Focusing on Energy, Utilities and Manufacturing, you'll work with customers to identify opportunities for transformation, position Inardua's expertise, and ensure successful delivery outcomes in partnership with our consultants. Operating primarily across the UK and Ireland, with opportunities across wider EMEA, this role calls for someone commercially sharp, emotionally intelligent and collaborative, with strong business acumen and a consultative sales style.
About Us
Inardua was founded in 2020. We're the AI transformation partner for Energy, Utilities and Manufacturing, with partnerships across Frontier AI, CRM & Platform/Infrastructure. We're a Certified B Corporation, a Great Place to Work and an Energy UK member.
Our mission is to contribute to positive change, by amplifying the abilities of organisations to achieve their impact. We work with enterprise organisations in Energy, Utilities and Manufacturing, and have colleagues based across the UK, Europe, America and APAC.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth
- Drive revenue growth across new logo acquisition, and the retention and expansion of existing customer accounts
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities across target industries
- Own deals end-to-end, from initial discovery through proposal, commercial negotiation, and closure, converting opportunities independently within a broad framework
- Sell the full range of how we engage, from traditional delivery through to subscription and outcome-based commercial models built on our own product and IP
- Work with Salesforce account teams on joint go-to-market (co-sell) motions, aligning Inardua to client priorities

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
