⭐ Medical Communications - Healthcare Advertising / Medical Education ⭐ Join an award-winning Healthcare Communications agency as they actively recruit a new Account Director or Senior Account Director to become permanent members of their Client Services team.

🏢 The Company & Role: You will join a full-service Healthcare Communications agency working across a broad range of healthcare communications, supporting pharmaceutical and healthcare clients across both strategic and creative projects. The agency delivers a varied mix of work spanning medical education, healthcare advertising, digital, events, creative campaigns, and patient-focused communications, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to work across a diverse client portfolio and a wide range of deliverables. The agency offers flexibility tailored to individual preferences and specialities depending on whether you prefer working on medical education or creative advertising.

👩 💼 Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day client accounts, building strong and trusted client relationships
  • Lead projects and campaigns from brief through to delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Contribute to strategic discussions, developing creative and effective healthcare communications solutions
  • Work collaboratively with creative, planning, medical, and production teams to deliver high-quality work
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and support new business pitches and proposals
  • Support and mentor junior members of the team, helping to develop their skills and confidence

📋 Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on healthcare communications
  • Strong communication skills and adept at building rapport with clients
  • Ability to work independently, highly organised, and calm under pressure
  • Demonstrates curiosity, inquisitiveness, and a passion for creativity
  • Exhibits commercial acumen to develop budgets and timelines
  • Team player mentality, collaborating effectively with planning, creative, and production teams
  • Familiarity with ABPI regulations
  • Experience with Veeva, Promomats, and CRM platforms
