About the Agency

The Future Laboratory is one of the world's most renowned futures consultancies, helping brands see more clearly what's to come so they can build stronger, more resilient businesses. Our teams identify, and question, the signals of change across industry sectors worldwide. We're built on six core values that define who we are: inspiring, enlightened, progressive, empowering, collaborative, and fearless.

Role Overview

The Future Laboratory works with a large client base of world-leading brands and agencies, all of whom retain us as their trusted intelligence partner. Our largest partners rely on us not only for access to our intelligence platform and team, but for bespoke foresight that shapes major decisions across their business.

We are looking for an experienced Account Director to lead a portfolio of our tier one accounts and largest retained clients. This is a strategic hybrid of client leadership and sales. You will nurture and look after some of our most important relationships, while equally driving their growth and expansion globally. You will be confident selling six-figure deals, proficient in proposal writing and pitching, and comfortable selling a sophisticated, consultative service to senior stakeholders. Above all, you will bring a robust account growth mindset, seeing every relationship as an opportunity to deepen our impact and extend our partnership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
