Account Director

The role reports directly into the Business Director so it offers a unique opportunity to grow into a more senior leadership role so ambition and drive to progress is a must.
- Run and provide leadership across this highly creative brand who prides themselves on their creativity which has won them lots of awards.
- Develop strong Client relationships as first point of contact on strategic, creative and resource matters.
- Build trust and earn respect from clients, nurturing in them the confidence to buy brave ideas.
- Oversee financial management of client business; improving profitability and maximising revenue wherever possible.
- Build an understanding of the challenges facing each Client’s business (internal and external) as well as the market dynamics at play and the wider consumer relationship with both the category and the brand.
- Mentor junior members of the account management team, acting as a sounding board and actively helping them reach their goals.
- Seek to inspire the creative teams from the outset, ensuring they remain motivated and enthused from briefing through to production and delivery.
- Be a balanced judge of creative work, representing both the brand’s requirements and the agency’s drive to make great work.
