Account Director – Business Partnering
We’re excited to be working with an established technology consultancy entering an exciting new phase of growth. This is a high-impact commercial opportunity for someone who knows how to build influential partnerships, unlock enterprise opportunities and generate revenue through leading consultancies and systems integrators.
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Account Director to own and grow relationships across the consultancy and systems integrator ecosystem. You’ll create new opportunities, develop joint go-to-market plans and help turn strategic partnerships into long-term, revenue-generating relationships.
This is not simply an account management role. You’ll carry a personal revenue target and be expected to use your existing network to originate opportunities, shape complex deals and expand relationships with both partners and enterprise end clients.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
