WHO WE ARE

We are Born Social, a social-first creative agency that brings brand building into the social era. We have a track record of delivering transformation for iconic brands like Guinness, Ford, and Barclays, led by our team of social natives and brand experts, underpinned by technology.

Backed by the strength of a brilliant business that's proudly B-Corp certified, we're consistently recognised as one of the best places to work.

We are looking for an experienced Account Director to lead high-profile social accounts, build trusted client relationships, and drive exceptional delivery at scale. You’ll lead account teams to deliver high-quality social-first work, while identifying opportunities to retain, develop and grow client partnerships.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Account Leadership

  • Ensuring output for your market is in line with the overall social strategy and working with teams to execute against that strategy.
  • Setting up teams effectively to support your pursuit of a higher standard of work.
  • Inspiring your account teams to produce Born Social’s best work in all areas of delivery.

Relationship Development

  • As the main point of contact for your clients, you will be responsible for fostering collaborative, trusting, and constructive relationships that allow you to effectively identify and communicate the value of Born Social's work to your clients.

Project Management

  • Organising key calls, meetings (team & independent), and Quarterly Reviews.
  • Recognising and resolving delivery or client issues or lack of results.
  • Working alongside wider team members to review ways of working to ensure delivery feels positive for both clients and teams.

Overseeing Delivery

  • You'll work alongside a project manager to lead on delivering hundreds of creative assets per month, ensuring they meet market needs and ensuring all work meets our QC standards.
  • You’ll brief in translation and transcreation needs and manage that approval process through, working with language specialists to ensure we’re delivering work to the highest standard.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
