Position Overview
LiveBuzz seeks a skilled and innovative Account Director to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the events and exhibitions industry with a proven track record of Account Development within existing clients and identifying business growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the regional commercial portfolio, ensuring profitability through effective financial oversight, cost control, and efficient resource planning.
- Drive sustainable account growth by identifying expansion opportunities, increasing client value, and supporting the adoption of additional LiveBuzz solutions.
- Support regional growth by identifying and developing new opportunities, building relationships, and helping introduce LiveBuzz to prospective customers.
- Act as the senior point of contact for key client relationships, building long-term partnerships, and ensuring a consistently high standard of service.
- Proactively manage client satisfaction, resolving escalated issues, and leading complex discussions to achieve positive outcomes for both the client and the business.
- Monitor the health of the client portfolio, identifying commercial or operational risks early, and implementing retention strategies where required.
- Work with and support Account Managers in developing strategic account plans, strengthening client relationships, and maximising revenue opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with operational, commercial, and product teams to ensure client commitments are delivered successfully and opportunities for continuous improvement are identified.
- Represent LiveBuzz at relevant industry events, networking opportunities, and client forums.

This is a full-time position based in our main office in Coventry. We offer a collaborative and inclusive work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement. The role will be a hybrid role; 3 days required in the office, and 2 working from home. The role will also involve regular travel to attend client events in the UK and overseas.
