Role Description

The Account Director (Various Clients) is a contract, on-site role based in Greater London. This role is responsible for leading key client accounts, developing strategic account plans, and ensuring delivery of high-quality services that meet client objectives. The Account Director oversees day-to-day relationship management, leads cross-functional project teams, and coordinates resources to deliver campaigns and initiatives on time and within budget. The role includes identifying growth opportunities, driving upsell and cross-sell activities, and supporting business development for new and existing clients. The Account Director will also mentor team members, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and provide regular performance reporting and insights.

  • Candidates should possess strong Account Management skills, including strategy development, client relationship building, and stakeholder management.
  • Candidates should possess Team Management and Team Leadership skills to guide, motivate, and develop multidisciplinary teams.
  • Candidates should possess Sales skills, including opportunity identification, negotiation, and revenue growth for client accounts.
  • Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Experience working within a consultancy, agency, or professional services environment is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior client stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
