Position Purpose
The Account Director is a senior, commercially accountable leader responsible for owning and growing a portfolio of tier-1 enterprise wealth management clients. This role drives multi-year strategic partnerships, revenue growth, and long-term client success.
Acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite and Board-level stakeholders, the Account Director shapes client strategy, leads complex commercial negotiations, and ensures Bravura delivers measurable business outcomes while achieving sustainable, profitable growth.
Responsibility Areas
Strategic Account Leadership
- Own the end-to-end strategic relationship for a portfolio of enterprise wealth management clients, acting as a trusted advisor to client executives.
- Develop and coordinate the execution of multi-year account strategies aligned to client business objectives and Bravura’s growth plan.
- Influence and shape client transformation agendas relating to platform change.
- Ensure delivery, product, and support teams are aligned to client outcomes and commercial objectives.
Revenue & Commercial Ownership
- Own the commercial performance of each account, including revenue growth, margin, and long-term contract value.
- Lead complex negotiations covering platform licensing, professional services, and managed services.
- Drive renewals, expansions, and multi-year strategic agreements.
- Ensure robust client commercial governance.

Executive Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain C-suite and Board-level relationships within UK wealth management organisations.
- Position Bravura as a long-term strategic partner.
- Influence client investment priorities and roadmap alignment.
- Act as the voice of the customer into product, engineering, and leadership teams.
Account Governance & Risk
- Establish and lead effective account governance, including executive steering groups and quarterly business reviews.
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex commercial, delivery, and support issues.
- Ensure effective client and risk management and contractual compliance.
Financial Performance & Forecasting
- Own forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management for each account.
- Drive profitable growth through expansion, cross-sell, and optimisation opportunities.
- Ensure accurate revenue forecasting and financial discipline.
Growth & Expansion
- Identify and convert growth opportunities across Bravura’s product portfolio.
- Lead account-based sales opportunities in partnership with sales, product, and operations teams.
- Build and deliver executive-level proposals and strategic growth plans.
Corporate Responsibilities
Environmental & Health & Safety
- Ensure Annual Training is completed as required.
- Review Annually & Comply with all Company policies related to H&S and Environmental Management Systems.
- Report all/any breaches or accidents/near misses immediately when discovered.
In addition to the above position-specific responsibilities, all employees are required to undertake any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within your capability and skills, when requested to do so.

Qualifications And Experience
- 10+ years’ experience in enterprise account management or strategic sales within fintech, IT consulting, wealth management technology, or enterprise SaaS
- Exposure to financial services, or preferably experience leading enterprise sales into UK wealth management or financial services
- Proven track record of growing large, complex enterprise accounts (£5m+ ARR)
- Experience of contract negotiation
- Strong understanding of enterprise software, SaaS commercial models, and regulatory environments
- Demonstrated success leading multi-stakeholder, multi-year strategic partnerships
- Maths or Economics degree (preferred)
