Account Executive Location: London, UK (Hybrid)

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive new business growth across the UK enterprise market. This is a consultative, new-business role focused on complex, high-value professional services, AI and automation opportunities.

You will own the full sales cycle, engaging stakeholders from operational teams through to C-suite and working closely with solution consulting and delivery teams to develop commercially strong propositions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage an enterprise pipeline through targeted prospecting, networking, and account development.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial engagement through qualification, discovery, negotiation, and close.
  • Develop relationships across multiple stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
  • Identify business challenges where technology, AI, and automation can deliver measurable value.
  • Lead complex discovery and develop compelling commercial propositions.
  • Apply rigorous qualification and maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting.
  • Manage commercial negotiations and procurement processes through to contract.
  • Work collaboratively with internal technical and delivery teams to shape solutions.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years' experience selling SaaS, technology, or professional services solutions to enterprise organizations.
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Strong new-business development and prospecting experience.
  • Experience selling to senior management and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strong discovery, qualification, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Commercially minded with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand complex business and technical requirements and translate them into commercial propositions.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
