Company: Dandelion Civilization

Headquarters: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time, Remote
Level: Mid / Senior
Compensation: Competitive, based on interview results

About the Company

Dandelion Civilization develops an AI-powered platform for talent assessment, employee development, and human capital management. By combining digital simulations, behavioural analytics, and AI, we help organisations make better hiring decisions and build data-driven employee development programmes at scale.

We are entering the next stage of international growth and are expanding our commercial team.

About the Role

We are looking for an Account Executive to own the full enterprise sales cycle, from the initial conversation through to contract signature.

For us, an Account Executive is more than a salesperson. You will be a trusted advisor who understands your clients' business challenges, builds long-term relationships with decision-makers, and helps customers understand how our platform solves real business problems.

You will work closely with CEOs, HR Directors, Heads of Talent, Learning & Development Directors, and other senior stakeholders across enterprise organisations. A solid understanding of corporate learning, talent management, and HR technology will help you succeed in this role.

Your conversations with customers will also play an important role in shaping our product. We expect you to capture market feedback, identify recurring customer needs, and work closely with the CEO and Product Team to influence product priorities and validate new commercial opportunities.

Success in this role will be measured by revenue growth, sales performance, and your ability to build lasting relationships with enterprise customers while continuously bringing market insight back into the product.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
