Account Executive – Managed IT & Cybersecurity

London / Hybrid
Office: 2 days per month in London
Salary: Up to £90,000 basic DOE + £150,000–£200,000 OTE
Travel: International travel required

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Executive to join a rapidly growing technology business operating at the intersection of managed IT, cybersecurity and cloud services.

This is a highly autonomous, commercially focused position for someone who enjoys winning new business, building senior-level relationships and owning the complete sales process from initial prospecting through to close.

You will be joining a specialist technology environment where you'll have the opportunity to work with ambitious organisations internationally and play a key role in driving continued business growth.

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities across target markets.
  • Managing the complete sales process from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and close.
  • Building strong relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Understanding customer requirements and positioning managed IT and technology solutions accordingly.
  • Running discovery meetings, presentations and solution discussions with prospective customers.
  • Working closely with internal technical and delivery teams to develop appropriate solutions.
  • Travelling internationally when required to support customers and develop new opportunities.

About You

We're looking for a commercially driven sales professional who is comfortable operating across the full sales cycle and enjoys the challenge of winning new business.

You'll ideally have:

  • 2+ years' B2B sales experience, ideally within technology, IT, cybersecurity, cloud or managed services.
  • Proven experience generating and closing new business.
  • Experience managing a 360° sales process from prospecting through to contract signature.
  • Strong consultative and solution-selling skills.
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.

What's on Offer?

  • £70,000–£90,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
