Job Description

The alternative legal services market is now worth $28.5bn, growing at 18%CAGR, with 57% of corporate law departments now using ALSPs and 40% of law firms planning to increase their use. Cognia sits at the forefront of that shift.

You'll work directly with senior executives from week one, supporting real client conversations, learning how relationships are built, deals are closed and new accounts are acquired and developed, and learning what it actually takes to win business. You'll get structured training and hands-on coaching as standard.

This is consultative, multi-stakeholder, executive-level selling rather than transactional sales. You’ll be identifying opportunities, engaging senior decision-makers, and helping turn conversations into tangible outcomes. It suits someone who reads a room quickly, enjoys solving medium to complex problems, and builds credibility through strong relationships.

You’ll also work alongside our partners and cross-functional teams to bring technology and AI-enabled solutions to clients in a way that is practical, credible, and differentiated.

You don't have to come from a traditional sales background. In fact, some of our strongest people have come from consulting, legal practice, managed services, engagement management, or partnership-focused roles.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
