Field Based, Wales & West England

We're recruiting on behalf of Monster Energy for an ambitious, commercially driven Account Executive to help accelerate growth across major grocery customers including some of the UK's biggest supermarket chains.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven FMCG sales professional who thrives on building relationships, winning additional space in-store, influencing stakeholders, and delivering outstanding commercial results.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Driving product availability, visibility and secondary placements across key grocery accounts.
  • Building strong relationships with Area Managers, Regional Buyers and key decision makers.
  • Delivering category-led selling using data and insights to influence customer decisions.
  • Executing brand activations, promotional campaigns and new product launches in-store.
  • Working closely with Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) to maximise business opportunities and market share growth.
  • Managing your territory autonomously while delivering against ambitious sales targets.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in an FMCG field sales, territory management or account development role.
  • Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence presenting proposals and influencing a variety of stakeholders.
  • A track record of achieving targets and driving growth.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis skills.
