Accounts Executive – International Taxation

Location: Reading, UK – Forbury Square

Working Hours: 40 hours per week | Full-time

Start Date: Immediate joiners preferred

Work Arrangement: 5 days onsite at our Reading office

Visa: PSW/Graduate Visa holders welcome

Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship is not provided


We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive – International Taxation to join our team in Reading.

The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background combined with practical experience and knowledge of international taxation. This role is well suited to someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and confident handling accounting and tax-related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
  • Support international tax compliance and reporting activities.
  • Handle VAT and other relevant tax matters across international jurisdictions.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end accounting processes.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams regarding financial matters.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an Accounts Executive, Accountant, or similar accounting role.
  • Practical experience and knowledge of international taxation is essential.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
  • PSW/Graduate Visa holders are welcome to apply.
