This role is for someone who can grow adoption of our software platform and build strong new partnerships, with real autonomy to run your own patch as Brim grows.

You'll help partners and customers adopt our software platform, form new commercial partnerships, and expand usage over time. You'll be expected to move quickly, remove friction, and adapt processes pragmatically rather than getting stuck in bureaucracy.

We're looking for someone with strong commercial instincts, a sharp GTM mindset, and the ability to operate comfortably in tech/software conversations.

This role will own:

  • Winning new business through outbound prospecting and outreach
  • Developing and managing our growing sales pipeline
  • Forming and managing new commercial partnerships
  • Account management, client onboarding, and ongoing commercial relationship management

What You Will Be Doing

  • Owning how we sell our software platform, with real autonomy to run your own process and make an immediate contribution to revenue growth
  • Running outbound prospecting and outreach to build and qualify a pipeline of new business from scratch, using modern sales tools and AI to punch above your weight
  • Owning new partnership and customer acquisition end-to-end, from first conversation through to commercial close, focused on our software platform rather than hardware sales
  • Managing accounts post-sale, deepening relationships and expanding usage over time
  • Driving commercial execution with partners and customers, including value propositions, pricing considerations, customer segmentation, and launch strategies
  • Exploring and validating new markets and partnership opportunities as Brim expands, from energy providers to proptech and other software platforms
  • Acting as a commercial bridge between partners/customers and internal teams, translating market and customer insights into clear product, pricing, and GTM inputs
  • Building repeatable sales patterns and playbooks that support scalable growth across different customer segments
  • Tracking performance, pipeline, and outcomes, using data to prioritise effort and continuously improve commercial effectiveness

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
