Account Executive – MedTech / HealthTech

This is a remote-based role, with candidates required to be based in the North of England or Scotland due to occasional face-to-face meetings with customers.

Our client is a global MedTech platform that leverages AI to quickly & efficiently assess patients in a range of clinical settings, care homes & hospitals. They have won multiple awards & experienced high levels of growth over recent years and, as such, are looking for an Account Executive Business Development Manager to join their UK team. Following FDA approval in the USA in October 2026, the business is entering an exciting period of significant growth.

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting through to deal closure, selling into care homes across the UK. With strong government incentives supporting digital transformation across the care sector, the successful candidate can expect significant demand and the opportunity to generate new business from day one. In addition, the BDM will benefit from dedicated BDR support to help generate and qualify new sales opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
