Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This is an entry-level job where you’ll have the opportunity to work across exciting brands and briefs and get hands-on experience across the full creative communications mix. No two days will look exactly the same – one day you could be pitching a story to a journalist, the next contributing to a creative brainstorm or helping bring a consumer event to life.

If you’re ambitious, switched-on and ready to get stuck in, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Naturally curious – you want to know what’s happening in the world and why people are talking about it.
  • Media-savvy – you understand what makes a story newsworthy and have a genuine interest in the media and social landscape.
  • Creative – you enjoy coming up with ideas and aren’t afraid to contribute in a brainstorm.
  • A strong communicator – you can write clearly, confidently and with personality.
  • Organised – you can juggle multiple tasks, deadlines and accounts without losing sight of the detail.
  • Proactive – you don’t wait to be asked and are always looking for ways to add value.
  • Collaborative – you’re a team player who is happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
  • Commercially aware – you understand that great ideas also need to work for the client and their budget.
  • Eager to learn – you’re excited to develop your skills and take the next step in your career.
