Senior Account Executive – HealthTech
Established over 10 years ago, our client is a fast growth HealthTech business with a current £20M annual revenue which is over 50% increase on the previous year.
Having secured significant Private Equity investment, they are continuing to grow their team and are now looking for a Senior Account Executive to win and close new business with care homes. This company has a fantastic commitment to employee development & progression through to leadership roles.
This is a remote-based opportunity, with a requirement to attend their UK office once per month.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from initial discovery through to negotiation and close
- Generate and convert new business opportunities across the care home sector
- Conduct engaging discovery calls and meetings with Care Home Owners, Directors and senior decision-makers
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and understand their operational and commercial challenges
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, showcasing how the technology can improve care delivery, compliance and operational efficiency
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities and consistently work towards monthly and annual revenue targets
- Develop and execute account plans to maximise new business opportunities
- Navigate complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, forecasting and pipeline activity
- Attend healthcare events, conferences and networking opportunities to build relationships and generate new opportunities
- Stay up to date with developments across the health and social care sector and understand how these impact potential customers

The Successful Candidate

- 3+ years SaaS sales experience is essential
- Proven success closing complex deals worth £30k+ ARR, with experience managing long and complex sales cycles of 12+ months
- Social care, health tech, healthcare or regulated public-sector experience is a bonus
- Tech for Good experience is a bonus
- Must be based in England or Wales
Senior Account Executive Package
- Basic Salary: up to £80,000
- OTE: £160,000 (uncapped)
