Department: Sales

Contract Type: Freelance / Contractor

About RoomRaccoon

RoomRaccoon is a fast-growing hospitality SaaS company building one powerful platform for independent hoteliers on an international scale. We help hotels run smarter, sell better, and stay in control, from bookings and payments to revenue and automation, all in one system.

We move fast, think independently, and build technology that gives hotels a real competitive edge. Our team is global, ambitious, and hands-on. We value ownership, momentum, and people who want to make an impact while beating yesterday, together. If you like building meaningful software with smart people, you’ll fit right in. 🦝

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our sales team. This role is hands-on, outbound-led, and focused on selling to small and medium-sized hospitality businesses. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close.

This role suits someone who loves the chase, knows how to run a structured sales process, and closes with confidence.

What you'll do

  • Own the full sales cycle for SMB prospects, from first contact to signed deal
  • Drive outbound activity through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and creative prospecting
  • Run high-quality discovery calls and tailored product demos
  • Qualify opportunities using clear deal criteria and next steps
  • Close new business consistently against monthly and quarterly targets
  • Work with Customer Success to ensure smooth handovers and long-term value
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in CRM
  • Share feedback from the field to improve messaging, positioning, and product

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
