We are working exclusively with our client to recruit an enthusiastic, ambitious, and personable Sales and Account Support Executive to join a growing, specialist consultancy based in Leeds.
This is a fantastic entry-level role for a recent graduate or someone with early-stage sales or administrative experience who is looking to build a career in Sales and Account Management.
Our client specialises in delivering innovative solutions tailored for the legal sector. Their mission is to provide cutting-edge products and services that empower law firms to streamline their operations, enhance client satisfaction, and achieve sustainable growth.
In this role, you’ll be the essential support behind a busy leadership team, helping to drive new business and strengthen relationships with over 500 professional firms across the UK. The Role:
This is a varied and hands-on position that blends client communication, sales support, and administration. Working closely with the Managing Director and Sales Manager, you’ll keep sales activity moving by:
- Researching and identifying new prospects
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
- Following up on enquiries and marketing campaigns
- Ensuring the team has the information and support they need to win and retain business
You’ll be the friendly, professional voice of the company, responding to routine client queries, arranging follow-ups, and spotting opportunities where additional products or services could add value.
As you grow in confidence, you’ll also receive full training on the company’s additional software and will help deliver online product demonstrations to prospective clients.
