IMA is a creative agency that builds brands people want to be part of. We are looking for a passionate, organised Account Executive to join our dynamic client service team. If you are commercially minded, thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy bringing people and projects together, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career while working with leading brands.

The Role

You will support the delivery of creative, shopper marketing and brand activation projects from brief through to completion. Working closely with Account Managers, creative teams, production partners and clients, your mission is to keep projects organised, communication clear and deliverables moving forward on time and to a high standard. This is an entry-level role and clients will include, but are not limited to, those from the gambling, gaming, and weight loss industries.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Client Support: Build positive day-to-day relationships with clients, respond to requests promptly and ensure actions, updates and next steps are clearly communicated.
  • Project Coordination: Support the planning and delivery of multiple projects across creative, production, retail and digital touchpoints.
  • Brief Management: Help prepare accurate creative and production briefs, ensuring objectives, deliverables, timelines and required information are clearly documented.
  • Team Coordination: Liaise with Designers, Artworkers, Strategists, Producers and external suppliers to keep workstreams aligned and progressing.
  • Timelines & Status Reporting: Maintain project schedules, action logs and status reports, flagging risks, dependencies and delays to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Meeting Support: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes and track actions through to completion.
  • Quality Control: Review deliverables against briefs and specifications, helping to ensure work is accurate, consistent and ready for client presentation or production.
  • Financial Administration: Support estimates, purchase orders, invoicing and budget tracking, escalating any discrepancies or potential overspend.
  • Relationship Building: Contribute to a collaborative team culture and identify opportunities to improve the client experience and strengthen project delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
