Account Executive – AI Cybersecurity
Location: London
Working days: 2-3 days per week
Salary: £70,000 base | £100,000 OTE + Equity
We’re working with an ambitious cybersecurity company developing and shipping an AI-powered product that tackles a genuine and growing security challenge. They’re now looking for an Account Executive to build pipeline, win new customers and help shape the go-to-market strategy across the UK.
The role
You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and close. You’ll work with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, security leaders and other senior stakeholders to understand their challenges and demonstrate how the platform can deliver measurable security and business outcomes.
You’ll also work closely with the founders, product and technical teams on customer evaluations, demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
