In 2026, RTB House launched rtb.com, a self-service platform specifically designed to allow small and medium-sized businesses and agencies to deploy auto-built creatives and maximize performance on any budget.

Our dynamic UK team consists of 40 people and is an integral part of our company’s global presence. We combine local expertise with our broader company vision and our sales team is the driving force behind our rapid expansion. You'll be at the forefront, forging partnerships that redefine how leading retailers engage their customers.

You Will

  • Execute a sales strategy targeting assigned Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts, focusing exclusively on acquiring net new business opportunities in the UKI market primarily through outbound sales efforts.
  • Leverage outbound sales techniques as a primary focus, including cold calling, email outreach, and personalized messaging, to engage high-value prospects effectively and build strong relationships.
  • Develop and manage new sales opportunities to drive business growth within assigned accounts using a highly proactive and persistent approach.
  • Partner with internal teams, Marketing, and ABM teams, to align on outbound strategies and maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Act as RTB House ambassador at key industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities, enhancing brand visibility and building a robust personal network.
  • Deliver engaging, data-driven, and persuasive sales presentations demonstrating our solutions’ value to decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with Enterprise and Mid-Market clients, acting as a trusted advisor to address their business challenges.
  • Ensure a high level of customer relationship management, satisfaction, and post-sale interaction, partnering closely with Account Management and Technical Account Management teams to deliver exceptional client onboarding and ongoing support experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales and peers to align on pipeline growth strategies, forecast sales outcomes, and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Contribute to improving sales processes while providing feedback on tools, campaigns, and methodologies to achieve optimal team performance.

  • A minimum of 4 years of sales experience successfully selling to digital-native clients in the UKI market, with a proven track record in outbound sales as the primary driver of success.
  • Exceptional cold calling and outreach skills, with the ability to engage prospects, build trust, and convert leads into opportunities.
  • Expertise in using outbound sales tools and platforms to drive engagement and results.
  • Experience selling to clients in retail, travel, and classifieds verticals is highly desirable.
  • Strong ability to create tailored, value-driven proposals for Enterprise and Mid-Market clients.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including C-suite executives.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing, programmatic buying, and RTB models is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the UKI digital media ecosystem, including industry-specific trends and challenges, is a plus.
  • A high sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • University degree or equivalent professional experience.
