8 to 15 Years
Fortune 500 clients and government agencies trust eGain’s AI Knowledge solution to automate customer operations, improve experience, and slash operating cost. Top rated by Gartner, eGain AI Knowledge Hub orchestrates AI and experts to deliver trusted answers to customers, agents, and field staff.
We dream big and sweat details. We are diverse, optimistic, and tenacious. We take pride in what we do but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. If work is fun for you, talk to us. We will not waste your time.
Ride the AI Knowledge Revolution
The enterprise world just woke up: trusted knowledge isn’t a nice-to-have — it is instruction for AI. At eGain, we’ve spent years building what Gartner calls the best AI-powered knowledge management platform on the market. Now we need a closer — a senior enterprise seller who can turn that advantage into signed deals across Europe.
The Opportunity
You’ll sell into the biggest enterprise SaaS land-grab in years. Knowledge management is exploding from a nice-to-have to a CIO priority, and we’re holding the cards: top-rated product by Gartner, marquee clients (Achmea, BT Group, BUPA, SAP), and an accelerating innovation pipeline.
Your mission: walk into the office of the head of customer operations and stop by her CIO’s desk to explain how we transform siloed content chaos into trusted knowledge on tap — then close the deal.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a pipeline of complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals from prospecting to close, including new-logo hunting and pipeline creation
- Position eGain as the infrastructure play behind every enterprise AI initiative
- Leverage our Global 2000 client base and Gartner leadership to shorten sales cycles and maximize deal size
- Engage C-suite and VP-level stakeholders across UK, DACH, and Benelux markets
- Run complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles ranging from €250k to €1m+, selling business outcomes rather than features
- Navigate dual-stakeholder (business/ops AND tech/AI) buying journeys, including RFP, procurement, and commercial negotiation
- Sell both directly and through partner/channel routes to market
- Partner with product, marketing, and sales engineering to stay ahead of the fastest-moving category in AI tech
- Accurately forecast and manage your pipeline in CRM

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
