Account Executive / Business Development Manager

Revenue Team · Brand Nudge

The Opportunity

Software, tech, AI, and data sit at the epicentre of the modern economy — and Brand Nudge sits across all four of these booming industries at once. That's a rare place to build a sales career.

We've built a market-leading product that some of the biggest household names on the planet — Nestlé, Red Bull, Diageo, Mars — rely on every day. Behind it sits an exceptional developer team and a runway to scale globally at real pace.

Now we're building the sales team to make that scale happen, and we're looking for an Account Executive / BDM to own new business and revenue expansion from end to end.

This is a hands-on role. You'll be given responsibility early and expected to step up. If you're someone who enjoys closing, and then immediately looks for the next thing to build on, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

This is a complete, end-to-end sales role. You'll generate your own opportunities and convert those passed from marketing and strategic partners — we need you hungry to do both, not waiting for a pipeline to be handed to you.

  • Map accounts
  • Qualify internal hierarchies to identify decision-makers and influencers
  • Initiate deals at the right level to progress them effectively
  • Run a structured sales process
  • Keep meticulous pipeline hygiene
  • Comfortably manage 15-20 active opportunities at once

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The Characteristic That Sets Our Best Apart

Curiosity. The AEs who win here are the ones who genuinely want to understand our customers and their challenges as well as how our product works and why it matters. That understanding is what turns a pitch into value-based selling — connecting what we do to what actually moves the needle for a client. Sitting across software, tech, AI, and data, there's always more to learn, so if you're the type who asks "but why does that work?" and keeps digging, you'll thrive.

What We're Looking For

Personal Values:

  • Tenacity, and the creativity to think your way around problems
  • A strong communicator who influences through personal brand and structured reasoning
  • A team player, above all — we work together, learn together, win together
  • Someone who enjoys closing and is always building on what's already been achieved

Required:

  • Strong prospecting skills
  • Ability to map accounts — qualifying internal hierarchies, decision-makers, and influencers to initiate deals at the right level and progress them effectively
  • Ability to run a structured sales process (MEDDICC / SPIN / Challenger)
  • Strong pipeline hygiene, comfortable running 10–15 active opportunities simultaneously
  • Genuine enjoyment of an environment where change and constant improvement are the norm — we're expanding rapidly and we'll be a very different company 24 months from now
  • Coachable. We're building a best-in-class process, not a team of individuals
