Role Profile
This is a client-facing role responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of commercial and/or High Net Worth clients, while identifying opportunities for new business and account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of clients.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and insurer partners.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and existing relationships.
- Prepare and present insurance solutions and proposals to clients.
- Work closely with Account Handlers and internal teams to deliver a high level of client service.

The Ideal Candidate

Will have solid experience within commercial/HNW insurance broking, strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to retain and grow client accounts. Experience in developing new business is essential.
