Position Overview

The Account Executive at Campfire plays a supportive role in the Client Services team. This position is key to ensuring responsive, accurate, and efficient communication and project support. You will work under the direction of Account Managers, focusing on tasks, goals, and deadlines, particularly in hands-on report creation and day-to-day client servicing.

In this role, adaptability, responsiveness, and attention to detail are crucial. You should be proactive in learning and applying new knowledge, showing initiative in all tasks. Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential, as is the ability to follow direction and contribute positively to the team's goals.

What are the key responsibilities for the role?

Support and Responsiveness:

  • Provide responsive and accurate support to the Client Services team, especially Account Managers.
  • Assist in the execution of tasks and goals as directed, ensuring timely completion.
  • Using your initiative and proactiveness to support more senior team members.

Report Creation and Data Handling:

  • Take a hands-on approach in creating and compiling client reports.
  • Manage data accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date and relevant.

Communication and Client Relationship Building:

  • Assist in client communications, ensuring clarity and promptness in responses.
  • Support project coordination, helping manage timelines and internal stakeholder involvement.
  • Communicate effectively, proactively and promptly with clients, demonstrating professionalism and expertise.

What do we offer our team?

  • 25 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays, christmas shutdown, the day for your birthday
