📍 Location: UK, Germany, Netherlands or Poland
💰 Excellent Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Accelerators
What You'll Be Doing
- ✅ Winning new enterprise clients across commercial real estate, facilities management, logistics, and property ownership sectors.
- ✅ Managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to contract signature.
- ✅ Building and executing strategic account plans across large, multi-country organizations.
- ✅ Engaging CFOs, COOs, CIOs, Heads of Real Estate, and Facilities Leaders.
- ✅ Navigating complex procurement, legal, and IT security processes.
- ✅ Developing and maintaining a high-quality, self-generated pipeline.
- ✅ Using structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC to drive deal progression.

What We're Looking For
- ✔ Proven track record of exceeding new business targets.
- ✔ Experience closing complex enterprise software solutions.
- ✔ Strong history of self-generated pipeline and outbound success.
- ✔ Confidence operating at C-Suite level.
- ✔ Experience selling into real estate, facilities management, property technology, CAFM, IWMS, or related sectors is advantageous.
- ✔ Ability to win and manage multi-stakeholder sales processes across international markets.
