Account Executive
Peritus Learning provides a wide range of training/learning products and services (both online and offline) to help organisations of all sizes and sectors manage their people development.
We are a market leading and award-winning UK online learning business that specialise in providing businesses with high quality yet affordable products and services. We are simply ‘Saving the world from per user rate pricing’
Our online courses provides unique learning content packages to businesses and organisations throughout the UK, which we are currently expanding overseas.
In this role, you will deliver:
Sales Executive Role
- Achieve annual sales targets in line with the business plan sales objectives.
- Follow a structured sales process and record activities on our CRM system
- Play a crucial role in developing and converting new business leads into sales.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets according to sales plan.
- Develop and execute on cold calling and email campaign strategies to qualify potential customers as a match for our products and services
- Identifying new sales leads and making outbound sales calls to qualify potential customers as a match for our products and services.
- Qualify outbound opportunities and develop a strong product demo pipeline via phone and email communications
- Present solutions via web presentation to potential clients (on occasions Face to Face)
- Self-generating leads from several avenues including LinkedIn and social media.
- Developing quotes and proposals and getting agreements signed via Doc2 or manually.
- Participate in sales and business meetings.

Requirements of the Role
- Sales Skills - Proven experience in selling to customers online - essential. From the industry desirable.
- Technical - Experience of marketing automation software/CRM – (HubSpot – but not essential
- Experience of working to a targets and deadlines.
- Organisational Skills – the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication Skills - excellent interpersonal skills, confident in engaging with prospects peers, senior team members and liaising with clients on a day-to-day basis.
- Team Working – Working as an integral member of the team, supporting others where required.
- Problem Solving - The ability to think on your feet and deal with objections/problems as they arise, seek a solution and implement.
- Collaboration: The ability to work as part of a team, under instruction or independently are key skills for anyone working at Peritus.
- Attitude: We encourage accountability in our work, owning your targets, objectives and deadlines.
