Overview
Llantrisant – Private Client Executive
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am–5:00pm
- Salary: From £25,000
- Location: Office-based
Gallagher are looking for an experienced Private Client Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding organisation and further your career with a world-leading Insurer. If so, we would love for you to apply for our exciting Account Handler positions in Llantisant.

How you'll make an impact
What you'll be doing:
- Support new and existing clients by understanding their needs and identifying suitable personal lines insurance solutions.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing a friendly, helpful and personalised service.
- Speak with customers through pre-arranged meetings and inbound enquiries.
- Take the time to listen to clients, understand their circumstances and provide clear guidance on the options available to them.
- Recommend appropriate insurance products that meet the customer's individual needs, while ensuring they receive the right level of cover.
- Support existing clients with their queries, policy requirements and renewals, ensuring they receive a positive experience throughout.
- Manage a variety of customer interactions and use different systems to keep client information accurate and up to date.
- Work as part of a supportive and collaborative sales and renewals team, where customer service is at the heart of what you do.
About You
What we’re looking for:
- Previous customer service experience, with a genuine passion for helping customers and providing a positive experience.
- Someone looking to take the next step in their career and develop their skills within the insurance industry.
- Confident communicator who can build rapport, listen to customers and understand their individual needs.
- Comfortable handling different customer queries and finding the right solution, while maintaining a professional and helpful approach.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
