£35,000 base | £70,000 OTE (top performers earning £100k+)
London Hybrid

Why join as an Account Executive here:

  • Uncapped earning potential that actually delivers - 90%+ of AEs hit at least their OTE, most earn between £70k–£100k, and top performers are clearing £100k+. This isn't aspirational OTE, it's the norm.
  • 100% inbound - no cold calling, ever. You're speaking to prospects who already want to talk to you. That's rare in sales, and it means you spend your time closing, not chasing.
  • A genuine fast-track path - high-performing SDRs get promoted straight into this AE role, and top AEs can move into Senior AE or leadership in as little as 6–12 months. Promotion here is based on performance, not tenure.
  • Your background doesn't have to be SaaS or tech - this business has built high performers from Event Sales, Recruitment, Finance, and more. If you can sell and you're coachable, they'll teach you the rest.

Ever dreamed of being at the centre of a buzzing, high-growth scale-up in a genuinely growing sector? This is your chance. They're looking for an ambitious Account Executive who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and making waves in the startup and advisory world.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'll be doing:

  • Running the full sales cycle on 100% inbound leads - around 100 demos a month, no prospecting required
  • Engaging and qualifying executive-level prospects using a consultative, relationship-driven approach
  • Presenting and selling their advisory and subscription programs, including a standout "Transition to Portfolio" offering for NEDs
  • Keeping your pipeline sharp and your process tight — so you're not just hitting target, you're smashing it
  • Working closely with a fast-scaling team (especially in the US) that actively wants your ideas and feedback

What makes you a great fit:

  • 1–3 years' sales experience - SDR, AE, Event Sales, Recruitment, Finance or similar all welcome
  • Resilient, coachable, and hungry for both money and rapid progression
  • Experience with US or international teams is a bonus, not a requirement

Why this team is different:

  • This is a business in a genuinely growing sector, with real earnings (not just headline numbers), and a culture that backs up the hype - think regular socials, brunches, and a team that's as competitive as it is supportive.
  • It's small enough that you'll work directly with senior leaders across the business, giving you exposure and learning most AE roles won't offer.

£35k base, £70k OTE, with 90%+ of the team hitting or beating it
Uncapped commission and accelerator bonuses on every win
Hybrid working — 2 days in a vibrant London HQ
Annual company trips to top European destinations (Split, Croatia this September!)
