Job title: Account Executive

Location: Manchester or London (Hybrid)

Salary: £60,000–£80,000 base + uncapped commission

About the role

Our client is an established UK technology services business in a period of strong growth. They're investing in their sales team and hiring Account Executives to win new enterprise clients.

You'll sell software engineering and digital transformation services to CTOs, CIOs, and senior technology leaders, helping them deliver key projects and close skills gaps.

What you'll do

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract
  • Build consultative relationships with senior technology leaders
  • Shape value-led solutions around each client's challenges
  • Close large, strategic deals against an annual new-business target
  • Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams

What you'll bring

  • A proven record of winning new business in complex B2B sales
  • Experience selling technology services, SaaS, security, or professional services
  • Confidence engaging senior technical and business stakeholders
  • Strength in building your own pipeline and managing long sales cycles
