Senior Enterprise Account Executive – UK&I

Our client is a growing, AI-enabled, private equity-backed scale-up. They have an international presence and a strong portfolio of enterprise customers across the UK.

They are looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive further growth across the UK & Ireland. Scandinavia is also a viable market.

This is a genuine hunter role, focused on winning enterprise customers and closing six-figure ARR SaaS deals. You'll sell enterprise software into government and critical infrastructure sectors, including transport, utilities, defence, nuclear, and oil & gas.

  • Selling into government organisations
  • Understanding public procurement and tendering processes
  • Identifying buying signals, engaging decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, and building strategic relationships

We're looking for candidates with a background selling project controls, project management, construction, infrastructure, engineering, or enterprise software.

Requirements

Salary

£180,000 – £240,000 OTE (50:50), uncapped with accelerators.
