The Opportunity

Join a growing PE-backed B2B SaaS business specialising in AI-powered technology that helps businesses improve how they engage with their customers.

Role Overview

Own the full sales cycle across a mid-market territory, from qualification and discovery through to negotiation and close.

Compensation:

  • £60,000 base
  • £60,000 OTE
  • Genuine ownership of your pipeline and earnings

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the full sales cycle, running discovery, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing new business.
  • Work alongside SDRs and Marketing on qualified opportunities while also generating your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, social selling, and referrals.
  • Build strong commercial relationships with prospects, accurately manage your pipeline, and consistently deliver against revenue targets.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a full sales-cycle B2B SaaS closing role, with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
  • A commercially driven salesperson who is confident prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing rather than relying solely on generated leads.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment, takes ownership, and is comfortable working with pace, autonomy, and ambitious targets.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience selling B2B SaaS or technology solutions into mid-market customers.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth or PE-backed business where priorities can move quickly, and individuals are expected to take ownership.
  • Experience using CRM, sales engagement, and AI-powered tools to manage pipeline and improve sales performance.
